Unfiltered and packaged by hand, our beers are conditioned in the bottle by adding the same house yeast blend used for primary fermentation and organic cane sugar. By doing this, we allow the character of our beers to continue to develop and change over time should you choose to cellar a few bottles, which we encourage you to do.

Arlo Farmhouse Inspired Ale

Open fermented with our house blend of yeast and bacteria carefully selected for their uniqueness then aged in oak barrels to allow the character to develop. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% naturally conditioned. Arlo’s light crisp flavor pairs well with sharp cheeses, spicy meats or a good salad.

Harvest Series — Fruited Beers

We wanted a series of beers that would showcase the amazing things that fruits and herbs can do to beer. From that concept came the “Harvest” series. We designed a base beer that we felt would be the perfect platform for our house yeast blends and the the various fruits and herbs to work together in the barrel to create something wonderful. We ferment and then age the base beer in barrels for 5–6 months. Then we cram as much fruit as we possibly can into the barrels, sometimes reaching as much as 3 pounds per gallon. Aging time on the fruit varies from one to three months before packaging them into 500ml bottles.

Blueberry Harvest

Aged 4 months in French Oak barrels prior to fruiting with about 2 pounds per gallon of Blueberries for an additional two months. The Blueberries add a nice tart bite to our Farmhouse Inspired Ale. Drink it now or let it age and discover how the character of this beer will change.

Passion Fruit Harvest

Yuzu Harvest

Aged 4 months in French Oak barrels prior to fruiting with about 1 pound per gallon whole yuzu fruit and zest for an additional two months. Yuzu adds a refreshing tart citrus character to our Farmhouse Inspired Ale. We recommend you drink this fresh but you can let it age and discover how the character will change over time.

Plum Harvest

The delicate flavor of the plums blend well with the tropical character of our Farmhouse Inspired Ale. Drink it now or let it age and discover how the character of this beer will change.

Raspberry Harvest

Aged 6 months in French Oak barrels prior to fruiting with just over 3 pounds per gallon of Raspberries for an additional six months. The Raspberries add a nice tart bite to our Farmhouse Inspired Ale. Drink it now or let it age and discover how the character of this beer will change.

Stillness Farmhouse Imperial Stout

Farmhouse Imperial Stout open fermented in our custom oak fermentors using our house blend of wild yeast. Stillness is aged in neutral oak barrels for 6 months. This combination of open fermentation and our yeast blend lends a dry earthiness to the notes of roasted maltiness, dark fruit,   coffee, and dark chocolate. We purposefully package Stillness uncarbonated. Drinking it “still” allows for the best experience of all these characteristics.

Sour Series

Golden Sour

Our Golden Sour base beer was aged for a year in used Zinfandel barrels. It was then bottle conditioned for three months to further develop the character created by our house yeast blend and barrel notes. The beer pours a bright golden color with hints of white wine on the nose and a balance of crisp, dry, tartness on the tongue.

Triple Berry Sour

Golden sour base beer aged for a year in neutral oak barrels. The beer was then moved to one of our custom-built Punch Down barrels and we added three pounds per gallon of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. The fruit was punched down twice a day for two weeks then left to age for an additional three months. Triple Berry Sour pours a deep red color with jam-like characters on the nose and a sharp acidic bite on the tongue.

Peach Sour

Golden Sour base beer aged for 6 months in used Zinfandel barrels, then added two pounds per gallon of fresh Palisade peaches to the barrels for an additional 6 months. Finally, an additional pound per gallon of peaches were added for two more months prior to bottling. The beer pours a slightly hazy golden color with notes of peach flesh on the nose, and a taste of peach pit with a dry tart bite on the tongue.

Two Unions Farmhouse Ale with Grape Must

To celebrate the union of two amazing couples, this beer was created by bringing together many parts in order to make one wonderful entity. Utilizing a combination of neutral oak and freshly emptied red wine barrels, we married a golden base beer with Riesling must. Aged for over 4 months and then bottle conditioned for another four months. Notes of dried apricot, rose petals, and honey present themselves in this beer fermented with wild yeast and lactobacillus.
